Recently switched to Crystal Pools from several others. Extremely satisfied. Always prompt, courteous, and professional. Just had a pool moter replaced (see picture). Luke, the technician, was the greatest and did a spectacular job. I highly recommend for all your pool needs.
We have been using Crystal Clear Custom Pools for our pool cleaning and maintenance since we have moved here and are really impressed with the quality of service. Robin is so knowledgeable and answers my many questions I have every time I see him. We tried to use another pool service prior to Crystal Clear and we never received any feedback on what service they did. Robin leaves a detailed report with pictures and always takes the time to speak with me regarding any recommendations on what we need to get for our pool. It's the people and quality of service that make a company great. I like that we don't have a bunch of different people cleaning our pool but consistency with the same person. I highly recommend this company.
Absolutely ridiculous, 2+ months of algae issues because they don’t know what size my pool is. Then the tech can’t even be bothered to brush the pool while he services it. These photos are what they sent me to show how they cleaned my pool. Absolutely would not recommend, stay away from this dysfunctional company.
