Fredrick's Custom Design Pools

Frederick and his crew were part of a backyard transformation project. As part of it we remodeled the spa and cping together with complete deck replacement. Fredrick's team did the spa which entailed removing and hauling off a staggering 6 tons of stone! With all the movement across the yard, the grass didn't even look like it had been touched. Once the demo was done Frederick came up with a more streamlined, modern design. They worked within the parameters of keeping the existing tile and pool surface as it hadn't been that long ago it was redone. They managed to blend it in nicely and the result is fabulous! The coping was replaced with travertine and the gentleman who did the cutting did an excellent job with the curves. They did all this in conjunction with Legacy Custom Pavers who completed the deck. I thank Frederick for his patience and answering the vast number of questions I had along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We called six pool builders and outlined the scope of our project. Three never called back at all, one came out and then didn’t ever give an estimate or callback, and two actually pursued our approval. Of the final two contractors, we chose Fredrick’s for many reasons. He’s a true Texan that does business with a handshake, tells it to you straight whether you want to hear it or not, and doesn’t ask you for money up front. He’s built most of the pools in our neighborhood and we’ve heard nothing but amazing things for three years prior to selecting him. He also lives close to our neighborhood, so being assured that his customers get first class support years later was a big deal for us, as we’ve never built a pool before. The entire process was super fun, from design phase, to first dig….all the way to clean up. Fred is good about letting you know when things are happening, what to expect next and when to do what for maintenance. His crews/sub-contractors were ALWAYS on time or early and were respectful and skilled. His manager Justin is knowledgeable and easy to work with as well, making a continued relationship after the build easy as pie. 45 days from dig to completion is a pretty big deal as well, quicker than he promised! He also had no problem with a modular plan, as pool costs these days have ballooned like crazy, and we can’t build the pool house immediately. He helped us figure out how to make a modular plan work for each step. The top tier equipment and materials he installs is sleek, beautiful and will save us so much money in electricity. We couldn’t be happier, esp because we asked for many things he’d not done before. Fred and Justin rose to this challenge and we have a gorgeous pool, and will be adding on a pool house soon! Overall, we feel like we got fantastic value for our money! Thank you Fred!

Building a pool is very exciting but we thought for sure it would be stressful. Working with Fredrick was absolutely stress-free. We went with Fred because he is the salesman AND project manager! He didn’t come in and sales us an idea and just dig a hole. He took our general vision and guided us to our final product with his experience. Our project was not cut and dry and all of his advice just made the completion even sweeter without breaking the bank. The guy is straightforward and honest during the process and keeps you updated throughout. We couldn’t ask for a nicer guy to work with. I also want to shout out to his foreman, Justin. Another super good dude and hard worker.

It was a pleasure working with Fred and his team back in 2022. His professionalism, communication and focus on quality are top notch. We still communicate frequently to this day, and he doesn't hesitate to answer any questions that I may have. Fred is a class act, and our family is grateful we made the decision to trust Fredrick's Custom Design Pools with our dream pool.

We love Fredrick’s Custom Design Pools! They put our pool in this summer & it is amazing! Not only was Fred there with us every step of the way during the build, he also continues to help us out when we have questions. Our experience has been awesome & we defiantly recommend Fredrick’s Custom Pools!
