Matt, Kyle, Evan and Ben did an amazing job installing our pool liner. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly hardworking. Despite dealing with terrible weather conditions, they made sure to come back promptly and stayed committed to getting the job done right — even returning on a Saturday to complete everything.
Their work was meticulous, and they took the time to explain each step of the process so we always knew what was being done. Matt is also very responsive to messages and always willing to share his expertise and answer any pool-related
questions.
It’s hard to find a team that cares this much about both the quality of their work and their customers. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Matt and his team!

Does a vinyl lock-in cover fit every pool?
No. The pool needs a second, upper channel around the coping so the cover bead can lock in.
When are custom safety covers usually ready?
Custom covers are usually ready in 7–10 business days; the installation date is booked after the cover arrives.
Does hot tub cover installation include taking away the old cover?
Boldt can take away the old cover for the cost of a regular service charge.
Can Boldt winterize every hot tub make and model?
No. It does not service all makes and models.
