We called JD Spa service and left a message about a leak that we were unable to fix ourselves. Our call was returned within the hour and we were booked the following morning for the repair. John was on time, early in fact and had us fixed up in no time. Also answered a lot of questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again.
I've had the fortune of dealing with JD Spa this year on a few occasions this year. The service they provided was excellent, all my questions and concerns were answered and all my problems resolved. Their customer service is unbelievable, their tech came to my house on the first call and the other two services John the owner came out himself and took care of everything. They worked around my scheduled and I strongly recommend JD Spa to anyone with a hot tub if they are having any issues with their hot tub. Unbelievable Service
Called up this company as our hot tub was leaking, received a response within a day. Scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. Tech showed up when they said they would. He found the leak and fixed it within an hour. Very pleased with the speedy and efficient service JD Spa Service gave.Update: started leaking from the repair again. Called up JD Spa, tub was down for a couple weeks, owners truck broke down, guy was sick, eventually he came back and fixed it again.Couple weeks later and it's leaking again. My confidence has been ruined. Managed to fix myself with a quality house clamp... hope it lasts...
My hot tub GFCI was tripping and after some troubleshooting I narrowed it down to the heater, which it usually is for this problem. I priced the heater and was considering it when we decided to just call a spa repair guy to come and fix it. It took awhile for him to show up as they are busy. However when he showed up he repaired the heater unit rather than replacing it and the total cost of labour and parts was less than 1/2 the cost of a new heater unit.Highly recommended. Heck, give the guy a good tip, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable cost!
my experience could not have been better with this company. I had two other companies out that both failed in fixing my tub. John sent out one of his guys that looked at the tub and figured out the problem right away. A return trip was needed as there were parts that he didn't have with him, this was booked quickly and the tub was fixed on the second trip. The pricing was lower than I was expecting as well. This will now be my go to guy if I should ever need my tub fixed in the future.
