Customer Reviews

Jim Wright

Wonderful sales support from Mary Ann - we got what we wanted and help get the colours for the concrete and pool sorted out. The concrete crew was awesome, even though we had a little finishing issue due to weather, and we worked it out with the management team; was greatluy appreciated. Today Nathan was out to fix some clips that were broken when the tub was delivered, and he was very knowledgable about the tub and water chemistry. This is the place to purchase a tub if you are looking.

From our initial inquiry to the endless visits asking questions we decided on making a huge investment and purchased a swim spa. Maryanne from the merritville location was amazing, the delivery and installation was seamless. Amy and Jacob were awesome to deal with as well and came back out once it was up and running to program and go over the tub with us all! Fantastic experience from start to finish, thank you Paradise Pools!
