Outstanding services by Amy and Jacob from MP Paradise Pools. We had been losing water from our bubbles jets and they diagnosed the issue promptly and fixed it. Picked up new gaskets and provided us a tool to use when closing to prevent the same issues. I highly recommend their services and we are thankful and very appreciative of their work.

I hired Paradise Pools to close my pool this year. First they drained my pool to about 25% of the water. They failed to fill the water bags properly and 5 have fallen into the middle of the pool. Half of my pool is now uncovered. After days of trying to get in touch with them they returned and told me the water has to be filled just below the skimmer even though they drained it. They recovered the pool and the next day 3 water bags fell back in. I contacted the service department and every time I was told the service person was on the phone and would return my call. They never returned my call. I had to keep calling back. I have fixed the pool myself at this point and will NEVER hire paradise pools again. Cost me over $600.00.
