A-quality did our 30 day start up for our new pool. We had several people come out to take care of our pool during this time, but none of them went above and beyond like Bailey. We were happy to see him taking care of our pool the last trips because we knew our pool was being well taken care of. Thank you for taking care of our pool!
The technician Sierra is wonderful! Takes the needed time to leave my pool looking great and inviting for swimming. Is engaging, friendly, and professional with ample knowledge of the service being provided as well as keeping record of dates when certain things are done. I am the Amenities Attendant at Ventana in Riverview. Dominic was here on 3/6/2026 and did a fantastic job. Really respectful of property and residents. Cleaned the pool very well and also did the chemicals. It’s nice to have a reliable pool technician, especially now that summer is coming.
I took a day off today and decided to hang out at my pool. I live at Lucerne at Lake Brandon Apartments and met Dominic. He was hard at work getting our pool looking right and I was relaxing. He did an excellent job and also took time to talk to me while cleaning out the pool and hot tub. I love great customer service, it means a lot and goes a long way. Plus he has a nice smile!
