I came home in friday night and saw my pool water very low, I reach out, and got Vlad on the phone immediately! He sent out Ilya to inspect the pool the next morning(Saturday). He tested all the lights, suctions, pump, skimmer. He found a small leak in the skimmer. He took videos with dye, went and bought the part needed to fix and it was fixed within 2 hours. Amazing service and communication!!! Highly recommend this company for any leaks in pool you have!!!And on top of that I accidently paid with my credit card and he waived the fee after. I offered to pay it separately but he said no dont worry about it. Top service! They are all about fixing the problem and very affordable!
Hands down best pool company we’ve had. Vlad and the crew are great! Responsive, reasonable, knowledgeable and thorough. I had a stain in my pool since buying the house and Vlad was the only company who took the time to figure it out and the work around need to due to my equipment set up. He went as far to call the lab and assure it was done correctly and safely!
The best. These guys saved me time and money. Pool light went out, very few places would return my calls or wait time was 3 weeks. Got a response right away. They agreed to do the repairs in a few days. Recommended a great cheap light and replaced it quickly and professionally. Couldn’t be happier!!! Please call, you won’t be disappointed
I had an excellent experience with IPS! They were prompt, professional, and highly skilled in diagnosing and fixing the issues with my pool. Vlad and Tim were friendly and explained the repair needed. The pricing was fair, and they completed the job on time. Weekly service is always good as well. Highly recommend their services!
