They do incredible work and make sure that all of your needs are met I mean I can’t even explain how much extra effort Troy and Joe put in to make sure you are satisfied with the work they’ve done. Also they are a one stop shop for all the work you won’t have random strangers in your yard everyday you see the same crew everyday and they all are super helpful and knowledgeable. Troy, Joe, and the whole team at Aquascapes did a fantastic job on our pool install in summer 2024. From start to finish, we have had a great experience. The entire team is very friendly and hardworking. They were never pushy during the sales process, took our wants/needs and put together a fantastic package tailored for our family. We did have an issue with the liner not fitting properly (too big in some spots and too small in others) and they were upfront about not being satisfied with the fit before I could even say anything to them. I have heard of bad experiences with other pool companies just saying deal with it, but not at Aquascapes! Troy went back to the vendor and demanded a new one be made and now it fits perfectly. We love our new pool and look forward to many years of family fun. We highly recommend using Aquascapes for any of your pool needs.
We had our pool installed during the beginning of COVID with Aquascapes! We were so pleased with the efficiency and attention to detail. Appropriate upgrades were recommended that we had not considered! In the almost 6 years that we have had our pool, they have responded promptly to any questions or issues we have had! I would recommend Aquascapes to anyone considering installing a pool!
