Omg I can’t even begin to explain how great Juliano’s is was working with a short deadline and the guy who came and gave me the quote said that they could do it worked with Jesse at the Vernon location and he was amazing he did everything in his power to make my short deadline work. They said they don’t do short deadlines but because it was promised to me they were going to make it work. The guys who came out to do the install of my new liner incredible nicest people ever left everything so clean. Then when the two guys came to put the chemicals start the pool and cut the holes I couldn’t even put in words how great they are. Thank you Juliano’s for everything you did.
We can’t say enough good things about Juliano‘s and especially all the employees throughout the process. Each group came in and did their job and were also engaging to us and looked for our feedback throughout the process. Brian, the owner, was personally involved and had some great recommendations. Mike was one of the crew leaders who really had a passion for making sure the work was done properly and again was constantly looking for our feedback. Tim, who helped manage some of the work around the pool and landscaping was fantastic to work with and very responsive. We needed to get the pool in on time for our son‘s wedding and the entire Juliano‘s crew was sensitive to that and helped us meet the goal. Thank you so much to the Juliano‘s team!

Julianos pools installed a new in ground pool for us over the winter. I have to say that this company is truly an exceptional organization from the top down. They stand by their work and strive for customer satisfaction. We just had our pool show and tell where they explain all the details of owning and operating our new pool. Zeke was extremely knowledgeable and really had lots of helpful tips and insights about owning a new pool. He was also very professional and patient with me asking lots of questions and really represented the company so well. Also the owner of this company Brian is one of the most fair and reasonable people I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for anything pool related! They will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is the top quality. Our patio will be installed shortly and I’m sure it will be top quality as the rest of the project.
I recently had JULIANO POOLS install a pool for me and we haven’t started pouring the patio so the pool has been getting Some dirt in it and JULIANO‘s sent out someone this morning on a holiday to clean it and the young man’s name was Carlos and he did a fantastic job. He cleaned the pool, emptied the skimmer baskets and the pool pump baskets as well, and upon completion asked me if there was anything else he could do for me I replied with no you’ve done more than enough thank you and have a pleasant rest of your day.I’m updating my review since the pool and patio are now complete. I would highly recommend Juliano’s Pools to anyone that wants a custom high end pool. They offer many different designs to choose from. I opted to re/ design one of their designs and am glad that I did as this is a one of a kind pool.If you’re looking for an inexpensive cookie cutter pool I would suggest another company. They are definitely not the cheapest but they are the best.Their customer service and communication business model is second to none.I have come to know quite a few of the employees and they are highly respectful and prompt. I’ve even come to know the owner Brian Juliano who I must say has impressed me durning this entire project. He’s a hands on working owner that takes pride in the service and product he offers. By today’s standards these traits are hard to find.
