From my first contact, to the selection of the correct replacement cover for my existing HotSpring Jetsetter, scheduling the installation and having it installed by a technician who was polite, courteous, and efficient gave me the confidence that I made the correct decision.Very Pleased

I have been using Skerrits for years. They have a knowledgeable staff that has assisted me on numerous occasions. I use their water testing system often, which helps me to keep my water clean. They take care of all my hot tub needs. I highly recommend Scarritt Spas & Pools.
A very very good experience. My spa dealer closed, and Scarrett was very accommodating in providing me service at my home in just 1 day. Had the replacement pump I needed for my spa, and replaced it easily. I would highly recommend them. They took a water sample and texted my back a professional water analysis.
Scarritt is a great company to deal with. The entire staff is very helpful. Dave is always a great help anytime I ran into issues, he always has great advice. His tech Colby was out to do some service and he too was great! Great communication, great service / staff, great people. Girls in the store were also a great help with my water treatment and chemicals needed!
