Popped in just a few minutes before they closed and Mitch stayed late and helped me identify the correct parts and get an order placed. George at customer pick up was very kind and helpful as well. Fantastic customer service.
Cody and his partner were GREAT!!! I had a cable break and they responded quickly, arriving just when they said they would. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. In addition they gave me some great ideas on how to keep leaves and critters out of my cover mechanism. They did a thorough check of the cover and hardware. This is the 2nd time I’ve use APC and i couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend the team at Automatic Pool Covers. We had a new system installed two years ago on our pool. We love the cover and the system in general. We had an issue with our keypad and they were able to come out and get it replaced literally the next day. Great company & great people!
Great experience with our auto cover installed by this company. We are so glad our builder uses them as their go to source. Worth every penny. Keeps our pool clean, balanced, and warm in the Midwest to keep the pool open even later in the season! Their cover blast pump is also super handy and easy to set out. The added stop bumper protection really sets them apart from the competition. Would recommend!
Tech Services is out of this world, talk about customer service and support. I have had my APC for 13 years now, any issues I have had they treat you well. I had kind of a major issue this year and Nick is and was fantastic and we worked through our issues flawlessly. He had never seen this issue, but we talked it through and he had a new motor on the way, it wasn’t that and he pointed me in the right direction and had it fixed. He never cancelled the motor just incase it was the issue so there was no delay. Keep this guy around and give him a pay raise!!!
