Sean and the whole team were great to work with! From the initial consult to coming by multiple times to help us conceptualize the design, they were just so great. Answered calls/texts/email very quickly with great input - it truly felt like they were giving the best advice as if they were installing the pool in their own backyard. Every install is different but having the pool delivered to fully ready to swim in under 4 weeks exceeded our expectations!
We had a great experience with Timber Ridge and would highly recommend them and have on several occasions! They are always responsive to our questions and have been very helpful as we continue to learn great pool management!! They also provide opening/closing support which is great! 5 Stars!!
From start to finish these guys and their crew were awesome!! They were so patient with us in explaining the process and then teaching us all the basics of taking care of our new pool! They have really helped us make our backyard transform into our own little paradise!
