I am on my second year of owning a salt water ambassador pool and my family and I love it. If I ever have any concerns they have been quick to respond and I needed to put up the pool fast so it would be ready for my daughters birthday last summer they came out and installed it within two weeks of me signing the dotted line and in time for my daughters party!

I need help added railing to my new deck we just added. Gavi gave me his cell phone to add pictures. He kept in touch with me and came right over to open my pool and take measurements. I would totally use this pool company over any other company. Their service is impeccable. I had a great experience with Ambassador Pools in Canton. My pool sprang a leak at the pump connection, and I called Greg looking for help. He told me to come right over, built the exact part I needed, and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to do to fix it myself. Thanks to his help, we were back up and running in no time—just in time for the hot summer weather. It's hard to find that kind of customer service these days. Greg and the entire staff were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly. I highly recommend Ambassador Pools to anyone looking for pool supplies, service, or honest advice. They've definitely earned a customer for life.
