I cannot speak highly enough about this place. I was housesitting for my uncle and the pool started to turn green. Went right over to Goulart like he said and the staff was incredible.

I know nothing about pool care and they took the time to answer all my questions set me up with the right things to fix it. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything so easy.

If you don’t know where to go for pool care this is definitely the place to be.

I’ve been to a lot of pool stores over the years, and none compare to Goulart Pools. The owners are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping their customers. Every time I bring in a water sample, the testing is thorough and easy to understand, and they take the time to explain exactly what I need without trying to sell me things I don’t.

What really stands out is the customer service. They treat everyone like family, remember their customers, and always make you feel welcome. They’re especially great with kids, which says a lot about the kind of business they run. If there’s a problem with your pool, they’ll help you find the most practical and cost effective solution instead of pushing expensive products.

Their prices are fair, the advice is honest, and the overall experience is outstanding. It’s the kind of local family business that deserves support. I’d rather spend my money here than at any big chain pool store. Highly recommended for anyone looking for knowledgeable service and people who truly care about their customers.

Team has a lot of knowledge and are super helpful. They are able to test water quality quickly and give print outs of results. We’ve been going to Goulert Pools for many years.

This review has little to do with their pool service and more to do with their humanity. I was at a red light with 3 of my children when my car suddenly burst into flames. I quickly got off of the road and parked in the Goulart Pool parking lot. Two employees rushed out of the store to help me and quickly worked on extinguishing the flames. They put their safety on the line to help me and I am forever grateful! Thank you for being our heroes that day??

Can't say enough about them. As a newer customer, they were extremely friendly and attentive. As a novice pool owner, they listened to my needs and didn't upsell me with the supplies I needed. They even provided free recommendations on my pool. Once home, I called the store for additional help with my pool and they gladly provided the help. I'll definitely make them my regular go to place now.
