We had our Ocean Signature Spa serviced today by Ryan. He did an amazing job and was quickly able to diagnose our issue as a failed pump. Luckily he had the required parts with him, Ryan was able to completely remove the old pump & install the new one in under the time we were quoted.Our swim spa is running like brand new. This is the first time we have had any issues in the almost 8 years of owning an arctic spa and it was easily corrected.
Wanted to drop a review for Ryan and the Arctic Spas team. We had a service appointment booked on July 13 but they were able to move it up to July 8th.Ryan was great to work with. He helped troubleshoot a very persistent “HL" error on our SwimSpa and took the time to explain what he was checking along the way. After narrowing down the cause, he recommended and replaced the water heater, and the tub has been working properly ever since.He was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain his troubleshooting process. I really appreciated his thorough approach and would happily recommend Ryan to anyone needing hot tub service. Cheers!
I bought my first Arctic spa hot tub in 2013. My original 14-year-old hot tub stopped working. At that point, I decided I wouldn’t get another one. That idea lasted for three days and then I realized I needed to replace it immediately.I called around the various local hot tub dealers who basically laughed and hung up on me.Then I called Arctic Spas Whitby. No problem. Within 48 hours, I had a new hot tub delivered, running and ready to use that night. I was totally surprised by their excellence at that point and over the last 15 years I’ve never been disappointed.Two years ago, I traded in that hot tub on a Hudson swim spa, which I had desired for many years.I had contacted Candace, who was able to send me all the necessary information and walked me through all the various options.Once we had sorted out what I wanted, she made all the necessary arrangements and helped me with the various trades that would be necessary for an upgrade from a hot tub to a swim spa. Everything was organized beautifully and everything arrived and was installed on time.Candace is very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of my requirements. She has been instrumental through the years in making sure I am thoroughly satisfied.All of the Arctic spa representatives, both in sales and service are excellent.Arctic spa hot tubs and all weather pools are awesome. They are well built and well suited to a northern climate.I can’t speak highly enough about the Spa Boy Salt Water system, Peak Ozone and the smart PH system.After 25 years of hot tubs that did not have these advanced technologies, I have found the maintenance to now be absolutely minimal. I can control everything with the app on my phone.If you’re in the market for an all weather pool or a hot tub, definitely check out Arctic Hot Tubs Whitby. You will be glad you did.
We purchased the Yukon Arctic Spa about 1.5 years ago and are thoroughly enjoying both its use and any visits to the store. Darryl H. helped us choose the right model and size for our family and outdoor space. Each time I visit the store, the staff are friendly and helpful and it is nice to be greeted by name by Darryl even 1.5 years later - a nice touch! There continues to be no-pressure sales tactics used by these fine folks, just ongoing enjoyment of a well-designed and energy-efficient quality product and system. Our spa runs with minimal maintenance and no harsh chemicals with the salt-water system. There is an internet-enabled app called Spa Boy to easily check and adjust the temperature, water quality, and pump. The spa has continued to run with minimal effort and expense.I would buy this product again.Scott
Darryl has been amazing to work with for buying our first hot tub. He has been very patient and answered every question I could have about the process. He also provided trainining on maintenance after our purchase. He has been easy to communicate with and available whenever we have questions. We feel supported and confident that our hot tub experience will be a positive one and we know that Darryl and team will have our back if anything comes up.
