I’ve loved my Jacuzzi J-345 for the past 10 years and have always received amazing service from Jacuzzi. I especially appreciate being able to use far fewer chemicals thanks to their CLEARRAY® UV cleaning system (also called CLEARRAY Active Oxygen). Before buying, I tried several other hot tub brands and Jacuzzi was clearly the best. As someone with allergies and sensitivities, I’ve never experienced skin irritation or that strong chlorine smell because of the CLEARRAY system.What I really love is the Jacuzzi® for Life program — I get a new tub every 3 years so I’m always under warranty, and they maintain it 3 times a year with inspections plus a full drain, clean & fill. It makes enjoyment and my life so much easier! ?? Highly recommend!
Purchased a 17.5' swim spa - $55k. Amanda was the sales rep. There is an issue with it, leaking from the pipe. I called and had to book a service appt through AI. This was May long weekend. They didn't get to me for over two weeks. Fixed part of the leak and needed it filled to return. We ordered a truck and had it filled that eveningbJune 3rd only to have two appointments booked with no shows and nobody will return my calls. It is now June 11th and crickets. I plan to commemce a claim against them but save yourself and purchase from any other Company as once they have your money, they could care less about you. The service is horrible.
We had the BEST experience at Wellness Shop Whitby. Andre was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made the process of choosing a hot tub that suited our needs much less overwhelming. I shopped around for over a month and visited a least 6 different retailers before finding the Wellness Shop Whitby. Thank you again Andre, we love our new spa!
I purchased a tub from the Wellness Shop in Whitby right around Christmas 2025 to replace an older tub that I had for 15+ years and that had just recently died. I dealt with Andre at the Wellness Shop in Whitby and he was excellent. This was my 3rd hot tub and so I knew what I was looking for. Andre helped me find a tub that fit my space and my budget perfectly. He arranged all the services to both remove the old tub, and to deliver and install the new one. His team were great. My new tub was operational by early February. The Jacuzzi tubs are extremely well built and all come with 5 year warranties. I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend Andre and the Wellness Shop in Whitby for your next hot tub. Great people. Quality product.
The technician Chris was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable about the product and kind enough to take the time to explain what he was doing to solve my problem and why. He also took the time to share some tips and best practices a new hot tub owner wouldn’t know. The was exactly on time, polite, well spoken. What a great experience and it was all covered by warranty.
