I purchased a pool from Flint Hills Pool. I used their recommended installer, 3 Wood Pool Services, and had a disappointing experience. Communication was poor throughout the project, and the installer frequently changed his explanations and provided excuses rather than clear updates. I spoke to Flint Hills Pool multiple times and recommended they reevaluate the contractors they recommend, as the installation experience reflects poorly on their business.
They had a great sale, Josh was super helpful and they had all the supplies we needed to get started. They were flexible with the pickup date
Great place. Staff is awesome to work will. Great selection. We got a hot tub from them and always easy to work with and have great prices on chemicals. Highly recommend them!!!
Bret did an excellent job of explaining the hot tub features and options. Delivery to Topeka went without a hitch. Very helpful and informative customer service. We need a platform built to make it sit level as our patio has a slope. It would have been nice to have known this in advance but they have provided the information needed to have one built. Would highly recommend them for your hot tub needs!
