From Aaron working on and moving my first hot tub over 4 yrs ago, then buying my 2nd tub from him, I wouldn't trust anyone else in those categories (servicing, moving, selling).... That was even before this past week. The night before I was leaving town for the birth of my 1st Grandchild my hot tub stopped working. I knew this bitter cold would wreck lasting havoc on a non-heating tub. I contacted Aaron AFTER HOURS. He immediately answered, told me exactly how to get it through the night and said he'd come over in the morning. I got pics of my FIXED tub. He also assured me he'd check on it daily until I return. This isn't the only time he's provided customer service that is above and beyond what you can even imagine! In several years of doing business with Aaron he has consistently delivered! Thank you so much for quickly taking care of any hot tub thing I throw at you!
What can I say about Aaron. This guy knows his stuff! I had a mess of a used tub I bought and without trying to make extra money or charge me to come out, he spent time on the phone with me troubleshooting and getting this thing running. He’s a true business man but knows his craft and is willing to help. Even on holidays and days when he’s home with his family. Aaron, we greatly appreciate the time and knowledge you shared to get us up and running. Thank you!
We had a unique situation with a hot tub that has been sitting unused and unplugged for approximately 15 years. Aaron came out, got all the leaks fixed and got it running. He was gracious, knowledgeable, interested and very generous with his time and advice! I cannot recommend him highly enough! I found this company online and got really lucky he came out and moved the hot tub for me right on time and quickly. The hot tub I bought was used and needed some repairs and he's helped me with it and been a really good dude. You won't find better. If you don't use this company that's your mistake
