We had an overwhelmingly positive experience working with Jamie and the rest of the team (Alex, Steve, Michelle) throughout our installation. From the first conversation with Jamie, we were pretty confident that Designer Pool was the installer we would be going with: Jamie is transparent, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest.They are busy, so we were put on their schedule about 9 months out from signing the contract - but they were still right on schedule with their timeframe for starting the install.Jamie was super flexible throughout the project with changes/additions to the scope, and the entire project was finished in under 2 weeks. We were very happy with how everything turned out, and would recommend Designer Pools to anyone looking for a fiberglass pool installation.
Designer Pool Company installed my pool in May 2021. They are a small business and you deal directly with the owners Jamie and Michelle. My entire project from start to finish was completed in just 6 days. The finished product came out looking very professional and my family was able to use the pool immediately.If you are considering installing an inground pool, in my opinion there is no better choice than hiring Designer Pool. No subcontractors, construction delays, permit issues, etc. Jamie and his team get the job done right and take care of the plumbing, electrical, stamped concrete, equipment pad and fencing. Highly recommended.
The pool installation in and of itself was adequate. The job was completed quickly and ahead of schedule.The foreman (I believe his name is Alex) is a gentleman and competent communicator;The owner is not.He showed absolutely no regard for the surrounding property and was extremely belligerent and disrespectful, speaking to me as if he was doing me a favor.Bottom line is, if you have a well kept property, be prepared to ask many questions and do not accept their Ts & Cs verbatim. Hire an attorney to review and mark up well in advance.Pictures speak a thousand words.
Jamie and Michelle and Steve and the crew are absolutely the best! They put in a pool for me in August 2024. They were done in 3.5 days. I went with them because they were so easy to work with, they do one job at a time, and they do it all- digging, fence, etc. so you don’t have to be waiting around for different contractors. They did a fantastic job, and I love my pool. You could not ask for nicer people- they do what they say they are going to do, and they are there when they say they are going to be there. What more could you ask for? I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
