I purchased a Jacuzzi model hot tub From Valley pools and spas. They delivered on time and the setup was pretty smooth because the electrician had done their job correctly. However, the jacuzzi did start to have a few failing parts in the form of spinning jet heads. As we were under warranty, I contacted the store to get this serviced. After a couple of initial communication bumps with staff, the owner Mike took over and this turned into a wonderful customer service experience. Mike made sure all of my concerns were addressed promptly and handled all of the repairs with speed and efficiency.You might be able to save a few dollars at some Mall parking lot on an off-brand hot tub, but the experience of having human beings that stand behind products and deliver in person is well worth the extra cost. Highly recommend this company.
Always has what I need for the pool. Wether it’s when I open it for the season or when I close it up for winter. Especially during pool season I can count on them for parts or chemicals
