The folks at Delaware Hot Tub Company were wonderful to work with. They helped us find the best tub to fit our needs. They explained the different levels of quality, the different features each tub had. The owner even took us to a gym so we could get the feeling of a particular model. The team has followed up by phone to ask if everything was going well. All in all a great experience.
From time we walked into the store in Millsboro until after the unit was delivered we had excellent service from Mikayla. She answered all of our questions and helped us understand the operation of our spa. And we retuned for more supplies and water testing and again she was very helpful. Our experience was well above five stars!!
I was in a pinch and needed gaskets for my hot tub. I called and they immediately told me come on down we have what you need. I showed up greeted with a smile and they went to work finding what i needed. This is what great service looks like. Any needs i suggest stop scrolling and call them. You wont be disappointed. Don't waste time guessing or using some foreign site. Back up and running in a jiffy! I'll definitely be back for chemicals or other needs.
Kyle, Jacob and Bill were terrific for the delivery and explaining everything. They did a great job. Mikalayah and Matthew were fantastic and informative at the story. Brandon was very kind as well. Our salesperson was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Delivery guys were courteous, thorough and placed the hot tub exactly where we wanted it. Looks great and we can't wait to use it!
