Our new Jacuzzi was delivered tonight! It felt like Christmas morning!! Despite a very long day, the delivery team made sure they came through as promised. They provided helpful instructions and tips on setting up the hot tub. Our experience with Grant and Keith were exceptional to work with despite some delivery delay setbacks. They were very attentive and helpful throughout the process!
Scott Ziegler was very helpful during the entire process of purchasing our hot tub. He answered all our questions, and was so personable. After visiting the show room a couple times, and having everything explained to us in great detail, we were ready to make the purchase. The delivery guys were awesome too. We purchased our Jacuzzi hot tub from this location several years ago and have been SO pleased with the entire experience. The purchasing, delivery and customer service was excellent. Recently I went in looking for a new filter and a replacement bulb and had the pleasure of working with Nancy who went above and beyond to show me how to do everything. She is someone who will definitely brighten your day!!! Highly recommend!!
While getting a hot tub took a long time because of manufacturing backlogs. Nancy did a wonderful job keeping me informed during the whole process. When the day came for the hot tub to be delivered. I noticed some minor cosmetic damage from the factory. Nancy was quick to get on the phone with Jacuzzi to get the part ordered. It was nice having her there every step of the way keeping me informed and ensuring as a customer I was satisfied.As a company she was always pleasant and went above and beyond addressing any concerns I may have had to ensure at the end of the day I was a happy customer. Her alone is why I am leaving a 5 star review, she has made this journey wonderful for me.
