The team from Able was great to work with. Every worker that stepped into our yard to work was terrific. Looking forward to years of enjoyment!UPDATE: There was a problem with the lights in the pool not displaying the correct colors. While it took a while to finally get a solution I was pleased with the customer service that I received from Able and their employees.
We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Able Pools. The sales team (Jason and Kelsey) were professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. They walked us through every step of the installation during the design process so we had no surprises and they were familiar with our HOA guidelines.Each crew from the beginning of installation to the final inspection were prompt, courteous, and always cleaned up at days end. Everyone was so easy to communicate with and answer our questions.I would highly recommend Able Pools not only for the quality of their product and staff but also for the reasonable pricing.
I can't say enough great things about my experience with Able. From the first site visit with Jason to the daily updates from Rod; this was fantastic. We started this project after two different friends, on the island, started their pool projects (with a different company), but we finished before both of them. While their projects were delayed due to ghosting, leaking pools, wrong equipment, etc; this project sailed along with barely a hitch. I say barely, because there was one day where Able couldn't make it out as scheduled. One day out of the entire project. I'll take it! Rod is in the office early, so our morning, daily updates fit my schedule perfectly. Rod has a rather dry sense of humor and very deadpan, so it became my goal to get a laugh out of him during our daily updates. I think I succeeded about 80% of the time. I'm gonna make sure we play golf at some point.I own a restaurant on Oak Island and Able were co-sponsors, along with us, for the St James Wounded Warrior Golf Tournament. So the fact that they are also very involved in my local area and not just a company in ILM tells me a lot. You would do yourself a disservice to not go with Able, especially if you're looking at San Juan fiberglass pools. That's not all they offer though.
Able Pools and Spas made it an easy process to install our new pool. From the initial meeting, working with Scott on the layout and which pool to go with to our sales representative Rod, who communicated every step of the process and was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The team worked very hard to partner with quality workers and other companies for all aspects of the installation. I would highly recommend Able Pools and Spas for your pool installation.
