Premier Pools & Spas

We had a more complicated project, and the team did an outstanding job helping us find the right solution within our restrictions. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They moved quickly, stayed organized, and delivered exactly what we were hoping for. Every crew that came out was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. Any questions we had along the way were answered promptly and thoroughly. Jake made the process enjoyable with great energy and fun banter throughout. Scott was an exceptional project manager: responsive, thoughtful, and consistently offering valuable guidance at every stage. We’re extremely pleased with the final result and would confidently recommend this company to others.

Upon retiring to Bolivia NC and building a home in 2025 i knew i wanted a pool and spa in my backyard. My research led me to hire Premier Pools and Spas from Wilmington. Their team from sales rep Cindy Hopkins to site manager Scott Brown and Derek and Jerome all worked hard to coordinate all the workers and contractors to fulfill my dream of a beautiful back yard pool spa with gorgeous tile work all around. Premier Pools and Spa team is the one to choose to make your dream pool a reality. They worked through issues that came about and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Making the decision to have a pool built is a big deal, go for it as it is ten times more enjoyable then i ever imagined!! Thanks to ALL at Premier Pool and Spa for making my dream of a pool a true reality!! Dont wait to make your decision to get a pool- hire them now !!

Great experience with Adam and Jake at PP&S. Jake made the sales process extremely easy and comfortable, allowing us to choose our needs without pressure.. Adam was a consummate professional with managing the project. Calls returned promptly, questions answered, we were extremely impressed with the results of our pool. Just can’t say enough about the direction and final results on our investment. We would highly recommend utilizing PP&S for your upcoming pool dream. Jake and Adam kept their promises on quality work, timing and pricing - the most important actions of the project..

Rebuilding after a divorce is hard, especially in this economy. I've seen so many projects running over $100k and could never justify a price like that. Jake was the sales guy I worked with. Super cool guy, very communicative, and got things done. My yard was severely limited due to my septic system, but he worked through every step of the process and handled everything to get the project of my dreams and budget made. Aaron was my GC for the build. Another great guy. Always kept me up to date on where we were and what was next. All of his project teams were great too.

We are very happy we purchased our pool from Jonathan at Premiere Pools & Spas! They had many options of pool sizes and types to choose from at their showroom. From start to finish they never stopped being concerned with our overall satisfaction with their pool. Aaron, the Construction Superintendent, was highly knowledgeable about the install and gave us great design ideas. He was on the ball! We are very pleased and we had checked out several other local pool companies. These guys delivered and don’t hesitate to ask for Jonathan!! He will treat you right!!
