First time calling on Atlantis Pools for help and we were extremely pleased with the service. I can usually resolve most issues as I open our pool but this season ran into a problem I could not fix. Ben & John were absolutely fantastic, quick to sort out the issues and replace hoses and connections while also kind of doing a few "tutorials" with me on tips about pool operation etc. Very friendly and efficient. Thinking we will make Atlantis our "go to" going forward. Bonus is they are right around the corner from our house! Although I haven't yet gone to finally start running the pump, John was confident all leaks are fixed but told me to call him if there were any more issues. Thanks so much for providing great service at a very reasonable price.

My family has supported this business for MANY MANY years. My parents passed away and because I cancelled my openings and closings with you I am now treated like garbage. You told me you had absolutely NO one to come and fix my pool. I've never received such poor service over canceling something they charged $225.00. I have no problem taking our business elsewhere. Brutal service . LISA don't try and back pedal now. You DID NOT want to help me at all. BEN even got there and you didn't even want to ask him to help me. You were very unpleasant and you know it. . Wrong. You tried to sell me 1 or 2 feet of the liner lock. I said that WAS NOT what I needed and you preceeded to tell me to buy a foot of it. Stop lying. . You told me you had absolutely no one that works on pools that works there. I bought pucks hoping supporting your business would give you incentive to help me. UNREAL. I will not remove this review. It looks good on you Lisa.
Ben and his staff are very knowledgeable about their products and needs. Never try to sell you something you don't need or want. When they install a pool or spa they take care of everything, and leave no mess behind. Very efficient.
