We recently purchased a 7-seat hot tub from Bluewater Spas (Master Spas), and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.The pricing was very competitive, and the team was straightforward and easy to work with—no pressure, just clear information to help us make the right decision. Delivery scheduling was handled smoothly and professionally, with everything arriving exactly as planned.It was also great that all the essential chemicals needed for startup were included, which made getting everything up and running much easier.We had a large 95" x 95" old hot tub that needed to be removed, and it wasn’t an easy job. The path to the front yard is quite narrow, but the crew handled everything carefully and professionally. They did a great job with the removal without any issues.They also recommended an electrician for the installation, and that turned out to be a great choice as well. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, which made the whole process stress-free.Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend Bluewater Spas to anyone considering a hot tub.
?Our family had a 14x32 Bluewater pool installed early in the season, and while my review is late, the quality is undeniable. The installation team faced numerous delays due to non-stop rain, but they handled it with incredible professionalism.?A huge thank you to Margaret, Chris, and the entire install team. They were amazing to work with, answered all of our questions, and great with my kids. I also want to give a big shout-out to UCC for their excellent concrete work.?They all did an amazing job helping our backyard dreams come true!
If you’re looking to get a pool this summer, I highly recommend Bluewater Pools. They made this process a breeze. They were extremely flexible with our needs and were able to accommodate everything we asked for. Their team was quick and efficient and extremely tidy. The communication between all team members was excellent and I can’t speak highly enough of their customer service.
