Paradigm Pools always gives great, honest advice. Their staff are always friendly and helpful and never push unnecessary chemicals. We will go out of our way to get their advice or have our water tested at their store instead of going somewhere closer to home.

I can’t speak highly enough about our experience with Paradigm Pools. We started looking for quotes in 2015, and from the moment we met Ron, we could tell he was set apart from the competition. Paradigm started to dig in October of 2015, so that our pool would be ready for 2016. Everything was on time, and the quality and craftsmanship was top notch. Meghan helped us pick out the liner, which we are still happy with to this day. We have recommended their services to others as well, and always use them for opening/closing our pool.
*Edit: Apparently the person I spoke to on the phone decided to reply. All I have to say about this is for any prospective customers, look how little accountability they take here. This person took my polite complaint and decided to get combative with me instead of trying to work with me for a solution. They made suggestions that don’t fix the true issue (poor customer service & communication) and refused to listen as I was politely telling them I was, at this point, no longer interested in their business. I was forced to hang up, as they were becoming increasingly agitated and aggressive with me. Shame on you for attempting to paint me as impatient or disrespectful.Poor communication by both the pool workers & the reception team. Had bag of detritus left on the property and was never notified. When I politely asked why I was told, “that’s the policy” and given many excuses. While it may be “the policy everywhere else too” like they claim, I heavily doubt anyone else would be so uncommunicative or combative about it. Would leave 0 stars if possible.
