Purchasing a hot tub for the first time made me a bit nervous, but working with Brad made the entire process so easy! He was incredible—answering all of my questions before and after the purchase. Brad delivered and set it up himself right on time, and he took the time to explain exactly how to use it and how to add the chemicals properly. Excellent, thorough customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Brad and his team provided us with outstanding service and advice and I would highly recommend them to anyone.As background, we had an indoor 30 year old Coleman hot tub which hadn't worked for a year. Brad and his team removed the hot tub, took out our patio door and installed the new tub and decking with a great deal of professionalism. Timing was well explained and they were very clean and highly exceptional given the tight quarters they had to work with.The hot tub works great and I felt we were treated fairly and were charged a very fair price given our circumstances.Thanks Brad!!
Great experience from the time I messaged them to installation. An add popped up on my feed “for sale only 2 left”‘I googled them and the hot tub to check it out. Contacted them via messenger, was told only had one left, I say “on our way” and as they say the rest was history. Brad walked us through everything, explained pros and cons and agreed this was the perfect size for us. He arranged everything, we wanted it hardwired in, he uses a great team that looks after that. Company used was “Riley Murphy” I’ll do a separate review for him. We purchased upgraded steps as I need a railing. When delivered and set up Brad explained how up look after it what and when to do the chemicals and filter. If you’re looking for a hot tub give this company a call you won’t be disappointed and the nice thing, Canadian made products!
