Last summer we decided to pursue our dream of having our very own in ground pool. We had several companies come and give us quotes and after meeting with Chris from Element it was clear that Element was the company for us. Chris took the time to meet with us on several occasions to go over different options, answer our questions, and ensure that we were not just happy but confident with our choices. He is a very kind, no pressure guy that is extremely knowledgeable, talented and experienced in his craft.Throughout the install the entire Element team was kind, professional, hardworking and had smiles on their faces. They took the time to stop and wave or say hi to our kids who loved watching the process from the window, and it always made their day.This was a big investment for us and knowing that we chose the right company feels incredible. We have had our pool for a few weeks now and to say we love it would be an understatement. Our only regret is that we didn’t have Element install our pool sooner.
The owner Chris and his service manager Riley are both incredible guys! I had some issues with my sand filter as well as a pump replacement. The staff at Element provided awesome work with expert service.I would highly recommend contacting them for any of your pool needs.Bonus I just found out they now have chemicals for sale as well.
Building a swimming pool in our backyard was the second biggest investment we’ve ever made, so choosing the right company felt like a big decision. We wanted someone who was honest, reliable, and who we could genuinely trust.After meeting Chris at one of his job sites and seeing a pool he had built for another family in our neighbourhood, both my husband and I immediately felt comfortable moving forward with him—and we’re so glad we did.From day one, everything happened exactly as promised. Chris and the team at Element Pools have been amazing. He was one of the original installers of our pool many many years ago. It required a reline due to age and my tardy pool care. He had since started his own company which I asked right away to reline our pool. They did an incredible job and it looks better than ever and no more leaks!!! Chris has started a great company with great crew. You guys are greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for everything.
It is difficult to find the words to explain how thrilled we are with our pool build with Element. The entire process was flawless. Chris’ commitment and pride in his work right from the introduction and design phase was evident. We were guided through the process, given suggestions for customization and what was best suited for our family. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. We so appreciated the evening updates throughout the build with the plan for the coming days of work, and the entire team’s unwavering responsiveness to all of our questions, even after completion regarding care and maintenance.From the little things, like including our kids in the process, to the bigger things like the incredible attention to detail, we could not be happier.
