We've had John Cole to our place twice to repair our near 20 year old hot tub in La Salle. This guy is great. He's one of the nicest people you will ever meet and he does amazing work. My wife and I highly recommend him. He goes above and beyond.
Bought my House which is a bit older hot tub was already installed outside in gazebo. I had a different company come out and swap out a motor but forgot to do very basic things like open the slice valves, etc. so I won’t be calling them This time when my hot tub had problems, I called John after seeing all of these reviews, and I like to use local, he is exactly what you want for your hot tub repair guy. He was able to diagnose the issues quickly He worked quick efficiently and every step of the way you knew that he knew what he was doing, He had all the parts to complete the repair, He didn’t need to order anything or go back to the shop to pick something up. It was in his van. I couldn’t recommend a service more highly.
I cannot recommend John Cole strongly enough for your hot tub repair needs. He was thorough, honest in his assessments, including pictures to make decision making easier. John worked with us until not only did he find problems that others had missed but he worked diligently until he had solved the problems. The invoice was detailed and matched the discussion held prior to the repairs. We would all be better off if all repair personnel in any area were as professional as John is with fixing hot tubs.
