I needed my pool pump replaced and turned to Aqua Doc. Scott the owner was quick to respond and very knowledgeable and professional . I had already ordered a new pump and Scott told me to call him back when it arrived. The pump had arrived on Thursday afternoon,I called Scott to let him know and he had his tech Javier at my house on Friday afternoon for the repair. Javier was very professional, knowledgeable and likable. He explained what he was doing. He had to replumb my pump and done so . Javier tested after he completed and no leaks , not one ! Impressive! They got me back up and running lightning fast ! Scott and Javier are a class act and I would highly recommend this pool service company to anyone needing quality work done !Also rates were very reasonable !Thank you so much !!
Aqua Docs did exceptional work on putting in new pad, liner & skimmer for my above ground pool. They arrived when they said, did a wonderful job on what needed to be done in the time they said it would take. I needed my swimming pool pump motor replaced and turned to Aqua Doc. Scott the owner found a motor online at a great price and sent me a link for me to purchase. It was time for a salt cell replacement also. Scott went into action again and provided a link to a salt cell at a very reasonable price. I ordered both. You will be hard-pressed to find that service anywhere else. Here is the kicker. Once the parts were delivered I called Scott to let him know and he had his tech Javier at my house in a little more than an hour for the repair. Javier replaced both parts in a very timely matter. Not only that the rates were very reasonable. Highly recommended!
