Wonderful from the start! Kevin was so kind and understanding of my situation. Landon the diver was excellent, he found the leak and repaired. I didn’t get the names of the two guys that installed the new filter, but they were also very kind and accommodating. Everyone was excellent and very professional at their jobs. Definitely want to get on the list to help me with opening/closing my pool.
I’ve been a customer of Holiday Pools for 30 years, Tom, the previous owner was always great. Now that Kevin and Christine have assumed ownership that customer service still stands. They are always concerned of any issues that you may have with your pool or water balancing and will work diligently to ensure that you are satisfied. I recently had them to install a new liner and it was amazing. Their employees Brandon and Hunter did the install and were as polite and sincere throughout the process. They constantly asked if there was anything else that they could assist with. I highly recommend this family oriented local business in any of your pool needs.
It’s been an absolute journey to get to this point, but holiday pools has been helpful throughout the whole process. Event post construction they have continued to offer support on operation and equipment when I’ve had questions. Everyone from start to finish was super professional and they built exactly what was asked for and described. Excited for the warm weather to return to finally enjoy it.
Christine is a great project manager. Your in good hands with her team. She is creative and her suggestions will enhance the project result. No project goes without hiccups but she works through them.
We have had a positive experience all around. Tom, Christine, Jourdan, & Chase have all been wonderful to work with. Brandon & the construction crew were amazing. The office & maintenance staff are easily accessible, flexible and efficient. Every step from the initial plans to the continued support in maintaining our pool has been a very seamless process. And we now have the pool of our dreams!
