I've used them twice. Once back in 2022 I had a pool leak they came out and found out my skimmer was cracked and recommended at the time to just patch it and that patch held up for about year n half or so...This year 2024 I had them replace the skimmer Taylor was a super cool dude . He replaced the piping at the skimmer and put the new one in and concreted it back In.He also cut me a piece of slate tile and made a hole ?? for the new skimmer top Instead of the piece of plastic they come with.Nice guys to work with.

He also provided an estimate BEFORE doing the work which I really appreciated. The awesome customer service didn’t stop with him either! The team performing the repair was just as dedicated to the company as the owner and it showed. Work was completed in a timely fashion and I couldn’t believe how clean the area was when they packed up to leave. I highly recommend NPS and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
