Cameron and Miranda are the best! They put in our pool, taught us how to take care of it, and have been a great source of information over the last year as we get to know it better. Couldn’t ask for better people or a better company to work with.
We have used Southern Reflections and Miranda’s amazing knowledge and kindness for years with our pool and now with our hot tub. We moved 30 minutes away and it is worth the drive!! We were having problems with our hot tub balancing and left a message due to the fact they were closed to go to a conference. Not scheduled to open until Wednesday, Miranda took the time to call me (Monday) because she had “just stopped in to check messages!” Above and beyond what is expected for customer service. She is a sweetheart.
Love this store and love Miranda! Last year we moved into our new home, and after we were settled in we realized everything was broken. Even the door knobs. The pool was my only hope of happiness but come to find out it was a black swamp when we took the cover off. One day at a time Miranda helped me with all of her knowledge and we had have a beautiful crystal clear pool since!
Without a doubt Miranda has been the best. She is always up beat and knows her products well. I don’t shop anywhere else for my pool supplies.Thank you for being there!!!
