Duckman’s Pools LLC

If you’re a pool owner in Central MA and need help, I highly recommend Duckmans Pool . As a first-time pool owner, I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I tried learning through the internet and even ChatGPT, but our pool stayed green for over a week and I couldn’t figure out what we were doing wrong. I went into Duckmans the other day and Alicia took the time to answer all of my questions, calculate the gallons in our pool correctly, test our water, and explain exactly what chemicals we needed and the proper steps to take. The difference was unbelievable. Within a short time our pool finally turned BLUE. ???? Huge thank you to Alicia for the fantastic customer service, patience, and knowledge. It’s rare to find businesses that genuinely take the time to help people the right way. Highly recommend Duckmans if you need pool help this summer! ????

Thanks Duckman! Paula you were super helpful and we are ready for the summer! Very friendly and informative company and they always are responsive to questions or concerns. It’s been a slow project and all we need now is the deck surround! If you are questioning who to work with for an above ground pool THIS is the place. Quality and Service is top notch! Highly recommend. Thank you!

Thoughtful family run business. Covid has certainly taken its toll on many businesses and Duckman has worked hard despite the supply shortage. We needed a new pool liner and the owner warned us that the timeline would not be definite. We were kept in the loop throughout the process and a little over two months later from ordering the liner, we are back to cannonballs and enjoying our pool again! Thanks for your hard work, dedication and great product! I would highly recommend supporting this business.

Had our pool installed today. What a great group of guys! Got right to business and were done by late afternoon. Would highly recommend! All the folks in the office are very helpful. Shopping in the mobile showroom was an experience. Very happy!!!
