Went in Memorial Day weekend with a broken backwash valveWas going to order part and come the end of the week,never came. Called and left message asking for status and a return call,never responded. Another week goes by,i call and talk to the girl who was very apologetic and she said I'll give jeff the message and have him call you. No phone call so after 3 weeks with not being able to use the pool I hired someone else, up and running in a day. No way to treat a customer.
I could not be happier with the service that I just received today. The maintenance technician installed my pool filter and he was so quick I didn't even know he came. The service was not overpriced and very affordable. They came to my home and I was not here and got the job done. I highly recommend this company, they're very professional, punctual, and super efficient.I will definitely be returning for all of my pool repair needs.
Do NOT use this company. They make promises they do not keep. I ordered a liner in APRIL and the promised a June installment. It was July 14th before they finally admitted that they didn’t even order it. I now have lost an entire summer and have NO liner. I am filing a report with the better business burea and the attorney general of Massachusetts. This is a company you do not want to do business with.
