I am so grateful for Darren, Loy, Jaime & their whole crew! This is my second year with the company and I have never been disappointed with them. Quite the opposite, actually.Jaime is very knowledgeable & has been able to fix every single problem my pool has presented, with excellence!Loy is a hoot! Reminds me of my family; down to earth & no nonsense. My kind of peeps!Darren runs a fantastic company. Darren hand delivered a part to our house we needed for our pool heater after hours to get it warmed up for a special occasion. That’s what I call excellent service!
They are terrible! The woman behind the counter is very disrespectful, and so is Darren. They are at least not kind when speaking to women specifically. They cleaned my pool a total of 1-2 whole times in the summer when we payed for weekly services. They are rude and not reliable. At this rate, you can spend half the money on a super nice, self cleaning pool vac than you would with them. Highly recommend not wasting your time there!
I took a water sample in today for testing. I ended up leaving without getting it tested. The woman behind the counter was awful. Her customer service was terrible and her attitude was even worse. I never write reviews good or bad so for me to take the time to write this means it was far beyond someone having a bad day. I will never step foot inside that store again and I would caution you that if you do beware of the lady behind the counter. This thing made me put one star to post the review I don't think they deserve even one.
They do a good job and are friendly, once they actually get here.We had them out May 1st to get the pool going for the season (Since last year we apparently called too late and they were so busy we never ?? got??our??pool??open. They didn't have time to come out through August.) and they haven't come back since-- despite our having called them no less than 6 times to ask when they'll be back. They always say "some time this week" and then never come.The phone service is also very sub-par. The woman is always rude and condescending and sounds like answering even simple questions is causing her undue emotional labor. If there were more pool services in the area, we'd have called them forever ago.If you know anyone who is a spa technician and looking to move, tell them to come to Yakima! If A1 is so busy that they can go all season without getting to us, we need more technicians in this market.
