We had an excellent experience with Coastal Pools installing our pool and patio. From start to finish, Alex and the team was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Their workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and they kept us informed throughout the entire project. The finished pool and patio look beautiful and have completely transformed our backyard into the perfect outdoor space. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool or patio installation.

There were a few adjustments along the way (mainly around timing and one layout tweak), but they were addressed without much hassle. Overall, it turned out the way we discussed, and we’ve been using the backyard more than we used to.

Ellas Zoe

I mostly worked with Alex on the planning side, and he was pretty practical about what would and wouldn’t work for our yard. During construction, the crew led by Chris was consistent and didn’t leave us guessing about what was happening next.

In July 2024, we had a fiberglass pool installed, and working with the team at Coastal Pools and Spas was an absolute pleasure! We can be pretty particular, but they exceeded all our expectations. Designing our backyard with Alex was a fantastic experience, and once construction began, he managed every detail with precision. The entire crew was hardworking, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool—highly recommend Coastal Pools!

Our experience with Coastal Pool Company was fantastic! As the general contractor coordinating between them and our homeowner client for a pool renovation, we truly appreciated their attention to detail. Alex, the project coordinator, was proactive in identifying potential issues, from plumbing to wiring, ensuring everything met inspection standards. They went above and beyond to answer our questions and take care of every need.
