We absolutely love our service with Green Valley Pool! Our technician, Jared, is prompt and professional. He checks in with us regularly to ensure we are receiving the best possible service. Our pool gets many compliments and if we are having a pool party, Jared always makes sure our pool is sparkling!
Called yesterday to ask for help, today it’s finished. Don made a quick assessment, identified an additional problem and stated, “don’t want to upsell you” he was obviously sincere. I agreed; better to not bandaid as American Home Shield would have had their providers do. Finally after ten years, and two replacements , I have a variable speed pump that is more efficient in every way! Don is on-time (Yuma thing), professional, and highly skilled.Highly recommend Green Valley Pool Service and Repair. Best in Yuma!!
I’ve been struggling with my pool for a couple weeks, keep turning green with lots of yellow algae no matter how much chlorine or shock I put in. It looked like a pond. So I gave in and called a pool company, ( Green Valley Pools ) they came out right away and tested the water found the problem ( Alkaline ) fixed it and cleaned the pool. It looks absolutely beautiful wish I had a before pic. Customer service is outstanding, best pool service in Yuma. “You too can turn your pond into a pool with Green Valley”!!!! Much thanks!!!
