FM Floors & More Renovations

Fatmir and his crew helped me renovate my secondary suite, and I’ve worked with multiple general contractors before - his company is by far the best. Here are a few things that impressed me the most: Honest and transparent pricing. The quote was detailed, fair, and clear from the beginning. Professional, hardworking and respectful crew. They used carpet protectors, removed their shoes, and always cleaned up after each day’s work even when it's late. Attention to detail and craftsmanship. They’re not afraid to go the extra mile for something not visible or hardly noticed - from relocating the outlet behind the stove so it sits flush to the wall, installing baseboards inside the closet, to adding extra waterproofing under the balcony capping. Truly customer-focused. Even when it meant less profit for them, they looked out for my best interest. For example, instead of replacing the bathroom vanity as originally planned, they repaired the porcelain sink to save the vanity and help me stay within budget. Highly recommend Fatmir and his team - professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with.
