On Paul’s first visit I knew I could trust this company and I was right. Everything from the foundation, demo of a garage, all new electrical, all new plumbing, windows, flooring, siding - everything outside of the actual framing of the house, and they did some of that as well. They managed to salvage the original 1952 shiplap ceilings and listened to my ideas and preferences. They finished on budget and on time. I can’t say enough good about the entire team. I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about this experience. If you need a contractor, and there are a lot to choose from, pay a little bit more to get the job done correctly and with quality. That’s my best advice and recommendation.

The transformation they delivered is nothing short of remarkable. What was once an outdated, problem-filled house is now a bright, modern, and beautifully executed residence that far exceeded our expectations in both design and craftsmanship.
Paul Wilson stands out as an exceptional general contractor—knowledgeable, attentive, and deeply committed to client satisfaction. We were not always easy clients, as we had high expectations, new ideas throughout the project, and added some things on as it went along. He managed to jump through several hoops for us to get us the dream house we wanted. He also guided us through every decision with clear communication and valuable insight.
Equally impressive were the subcontractors Paul brought on board. Every trade—plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring and tile work were handled by skilled professionals who were courteous, reliable, and meticulous in their work. The entire crew maintained a clean job site and consistently demonstrated pride in the quality of their craftsmanship. I was constantly impressed by the quality of their work, something you don’t see very often anymore.
The end result speaks for itself: a stunning, high-quality home that feels both contemporary and timeless. Working with 9 & Contractors and Paul Wilson was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. If you’re considering a renovation, I can confidently say you will not find a better team. Five stars without hesitation.
