Disappointed in Jason. his communication is very poor (his website says he has seamless customer relations thats a total lie). I messaged the day before we had to meet, never heard back from him until 10 minutes before our meeting time. He came to quote a sidewalk and a large deck he spent about 30 min measuring and making notes. I was excited to get my project started but after calling him 5 times and messaging him just as many he has flaked out. Haven't heard from him since. this guy is a joke.Typical response. I still haven't heard from you. What everyone should think about is if you are doing this now, what happens if you are hired? You will take the deposit and never be heard from again. Stress us hard working people do not need.
When we needed to replace 3 old cedar decks and upgrade to composite we contacted Jason at Daley Constuction. Jason provided excellent consultation, ideas, sample materials and a detailed professional quote. Everything from surface to structural had to be torn out and replaced with new. With some changes during construction to fit in some unique artwork it was not an easy project to complete. Jason stepped up, provided good suggestions and worked with us to incorporate into the finishing of the decks.Jason's craftsmanship and attention to detail shows in the quality of the finished product. We are very happy with our new decks and how much enjoyment we are getting from them!If you're looking for an experienced, hard working professional contractor who builds quality, we'd highly recommend Jason and Daley Construction.
We had an amazing experience getting a new deck built by Jason. He is professional, hard working, and is excellent at what he does. I didn’t even have a picture or blue prints of what I wanted, yet somehow he took the image out of my head and made it happen in real life. I highly recommend Daley Construction and we’ll definitely be doing more projects with Jason in the future.
This guy is absolutely a pleasure to deal with and he is such a hard working person!I'm using my garage for other stuff and not parking my car and needed it to stay warm.He came over, answered all my crazy questions, gave me options, had so much great knowledge and all that with a smile on his face and great professional attitude.I had so many people worked on that garage before, and I can say that no one before him had such amazing work ethic.No playing around, no gray areas about what will be done.He left the place super clean, you can't even tell that someone was working in the area (last people left screws, wood pieces and so much more).In great customer service it's the small things that matter, like arriving on time, have knowledge, being upfront, and most importantly going above and beyond. Jason checks all this out.So if you're in need of a basement, deck or other construction works done, I can't recommend Jason enough!
