Now, thanks to Nick, it's the best room in the house!New laminate floor, fresh ceiling, beautiful paint, tall clean baseboards, and the pocket door to the main bedroom that never closed is gone!He did a beautiful job matching the paint and finishing things on the both sides, you'd never know there was once a hole in the wall into the bathroom.I have recommended Nick to friends all of whom are completely satisfied with his work. Nick, the owner of NJL Construction was amazing! He was professional, personable, didn't try to 'up sell' or use any high pressure sales to win the contract to build a new bathroom in our basement. As General Contractor, Nick handled the entire project from start to finish ensuring his people did an excellent, professional job. The work included breaking the concrete floor, laying sewer pipe and drains, mixing and pouring new concrete, installing water lines, purchasing all the plumbing fixtures and managed the entire installation of the drywall, vanity, mirrors, lighting, new flooring and painting. He even did the incredible tiling of the shower himself and it is perfect. The price he quoted was very fair and the entire project came in on time and on budget. We were more than pleased with the work Nick did and highly recommend NJL Construction.
Nick and co. were recommended by my realtor when I was trying to sell my house. They did a great job refurbishing the mouldings around my fireplace, baseboard repair and other finishing jobs. Nick is a very respectful, clear communicator and the professionalism of his employees was excellent.
I had NJL Const. build an pergola and new swing for my backyard. They did an amazing job. The timeframe quoted for the job was committed to! The yard was always cleaned up each night prior to the day ending. I have artificial turf in the backyard and they took absolute care not to get stain on it!!
