The team poured a new self-leveling base, set laser guides, and smoothed everything. When it came time to lay tiles, there wasn’t a single uneven spot. Walking on it now feels amazing.

The HH team provided us with an amazing renovation experience. Our condo has been transformed into the cozy space we had always dreamed of. Don't hesitate to hire Eugene and his team, they truly listen to your needs and do a perfect job.

Hamid and his team were hired to create a basement suite in my house. He signed a contract which included soundproofing, insulation and vapour protection in the ceilings. He was very hesitant for us to be present when he closed up the ceiling. Once it was done, we could hear everything from downstairs, talking, tv noise, people sneezing etc. We thought it was normal. Then for another reason, we had to cut open the ceiling and to our dismay, there was no insulation or soundproofing in there!! He completely tricked us and lied about putting appropriate materials there.
Also we signed a contract stating that we have one year warranty. He will come and solve any problems we have in the time frame. When we contacted him and his office they ghosted us in this timeframe.
Very disappointed in the job they did as there is drywall falling apart, tiles broken, hardwood and laminate floors not installed properly, washroom toilet not working. We were young homeowners and he completely took advantage of us being naive.
Would not recommend hamid and his company again. We even recommended him for a family members project, and the feedback is the same from them as well.

We hired HH Renovation & General Contracting Inc. for a full 3-piece bathroom renovation in Scarborough — demolition to glass shower. The crew protected our floors, cleaned daily, and finished in 10 business days. The waterproofing and tiling are flawless, the vanity and lighting look custom, and they handled disposal and permits like pros. Clear communication, zero surprises. Highly recommend!

There were several issues that came up afterwards with the basement including a faulty toilet, poor drywall/patching/taping and painting, cracks in wall forming, gaps between the laminate floors.

The contracted stated there would be sound proofing however it appears that the right measures may not have been taken based on the level of sound experienced from the basement.

Hamid hasn't honoured the 1 year warranty and fixed these issues updating this review to reflect that.

I just had HH Renovation and General Contracting finish a legal 2-bedroom basement and I was super impressed. They did an amazing job, really focusing on quality. What stood out the most was their creativity in designing the space to make it perfect for tenants. They communicated with me every step of the way and tackled all the tricky challenges that came up in my older house—something other contractors wouldn’t even consider. There were some bumps along the road as there are with any complex project but HH stuck with it and delivered fantastic results. I’m really pleased and will definitely be going back to them for any future projects. You don’t want to miss the chance to work with this all-star team of professional contractors!
