A few years ago, Remodel Construction Co did a fantastic job on my backyard deck which included breaking down an exterior wall. Naturally when it was time to construct a front porch, they were the only ones I called. Living in a little bungalow the more you can do to extend the outdoor space (similar to the backyard deck) really makes a difference in the living area of a relatively small home. In addition the old aluminium door overhang has been something I’ve always wanted to change. Chris helped with everything on making this dream into a reality. From the design phase to the permits, to the construction up to and including the littlest fixtures, Chris was there. His team were, as usual, friendly respectful and polite - and even more all experts in their trade. Chris was great at keeping me apprised of every step of the project, allowing me to make tweaks here and there if needed. He also suggested materials that really made the project look great while staying within budget.

I highly recommend Remodel Construction Co - a great company, a terrific team and wonderful owner! Thank you

I am, without hesitation, highly recommending Remodel Construction for any renovation projects you may be considering. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and his crew for a renovation project of remodelling our laundry room and walk-in closet. From the outset, Chris/Remodel Construction demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Chris took time to understand our vision and provided valuable insights that enhanced the final outcome. The project was completed on time and within budget.
Throughout the progression of the project there was always clear communication keeping us informed of progress and any necessary adjustments. The team was punctual, respectful and cleanliness was never an issue.
The quality of workmanship was what we expected and were not disappointed. The quality of materials used speak for themselves in the photos attached – high grade! I have received numerous compliments on the finished project.
So, as stated above, we would recommend Remodel Construction for any renovation project. Truly professional and they take pride in their workmanship.

They began on time and finished up on schedule and did a fantastic job. Chris introduced us to each person working on the job. They protected our flooring and cleaned up after every day. We highly recommend Remodel Construction.

After having our kitchen and dining room floors replaced, we contracted Chris Clarke of Remodel Construction Co. to materialize our design plan for the kitchen area which included the removal of a wall, cabinetmaking (via Tom Werken), installing a peninsula and new cabinetry, a lot of electrical work and painting. Chris’ team was very mindful and proactive in eliminating construction dust and debris via expertly installed plastic sheeting to seal off rooms, furniture, windows coverings, vents, existing kitchen cabinets, as well as expertly installed floor protection. The experience with Chris’ team was more than satisfactory from beginning to end. They handled every unforeseen obstacle that arose with creative and practical solutions, and kept us in the loop at all times. Chris is excellent in maintaining communication and very easy to interact with. His team of tradesmen were all very efficient, tidy, knowledgeable and skillful, as well as being very pleasant individuals. Cudos to Tom, Cameron, Tim, Dexter, electrician Richard, Marty and Serge. Customer satisfaction is definitely the priority of Remodel Construction Co. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and breakfast bar peninsula. We highly recommend this company.
