We had a great experience with Anthony Slabaugh Remodeling & Design. We first noticed some of their work on another home in our neighborhood and were impressed by their professionalism and workmanship. We met with them numerous times throughout the Spring and Summer during the investigative and design phase and kicked off work in early October. The communication with the entire ASR&D Team was great during the entire process, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! We have received numerous compliments from people just walking the neighborhood and sharing that they love what we did to our home. We love the upgrades, and have been a bit shocked by the comments from neighborhood "strangers"!
After waiting almost 30 years to remodel our kitchen, we could not be happier. The entire staff at ASRD were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and caring at every step of the way. The level of craftsmanship is above and beyond, and for that we are so grateful. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen! Having Catherine for a Project Manager was amazing, always one step ahead of us to solve any issues. Ryan and Nick were so patient and helpful at every step of the way and quickly helped with any concerns. We thought Todd should start the coffee in the morning as he was there so many mornings doing amazing work with a friendly smile. Kyle, Craig, Gary, Kyle, and everyone who was there was respectful, patient, and kind. We could not have asked for a better experience, or a more beautiful kitchen. Thank you ASRD Team. We live in Hudson in a house we had built by Prestige Homes in 2000. Recently we had the need for our first remodeling project which was our master bedroom shower. We met with Isaiah and he introduced us to the entire concept of the remodeling process. He was very thorough and helpful with our questions. We decided to proceed with the project and next we met with Nick to work on the design. He was very knowledgeable and spent whatever time we needed to make sure we were happy with the plan. Then we met with Catherine who was the project manager. She really did a great job orchestrating all the steps in the project, working with the contractors, communicating with us regularly, and addressing any questions we had. We met most of the contractors and they were clearly excellent at what they did. The final result is quite amazing in terms of the appearance and functionality. We are very pleased with the project and highly recommend the company!
We used Anthony Slabaugh Remodeling to remodel two bathrooms in our mid-century home. Our goal was to bring the bathrooms back to looking period appropriate with a high-quality finish. ASR did not disappoint. We had another bathroom remodeled a few years ago and used someone else who was a lot less expensive, but their work was not high quality and has not held up.If you are looking for a complete remodel and you care about design, integrity, craftpersonship, and a company that meets a deadline, then Anthony Slabaugh is the way to go. They have amazing attention to detail, and they were able to shift things when needed during production. Ryan, Nick, and Tim (and their contractors and the rest of the crew at ASR) were very professional and wonderful to work with. They were also timely and completed the work on schedule, which is unusual.I wasn’t used to the idea of putting up deposits early on before we agreed to do business, but after seeing all the work they put in during the preliminary phase and design phase to ensure they can meet a client’s needs, made it worthwhile, showing that they were right for the project and could meet our project expectations.We love our new spaces and they feel like what the bathrooms might have looked like in the home originally, at least in spirit. My wife and I are art and architecture purists, and we were skeptical that what we wanted could be pulled off, but ASR did just that. We cannot recommend them enough. You get what you pay for.
Anthony Slabaugh did it again! After having them renovate our laundry room / mudroom one year ago, I wasn't sure how the next project could turn out EVEN BETTER! This time, they helped us completely renovate our master bedroom, bathroom and installed wood floors in our upstairs hallway and master.The entire project from start to finish is so simple. Nick and Ryan do a great job providing a pretty accurate estimate for the proposed project and help to design the space. Nick excels at designing the space exactly as you imagine, even if you can't always picture it yourself. All design logistics are planned far in advance so by the time the project starts, it is seamless.During the construction phase of the project, the schedule provided by the team helps inform you of what to expect each day. At the start, you can see the schedule for each day for the duration of the project. All of their tradesmen and women are professional, timely and neat. Additionally, Anthony Slabaugh is thorough, efficient and responsive. If a problem or concern arises, they are swift to address it and get it taken care of appropriately.As in my first review, I firmly stand behind this design company. Their work is impeccable and the charisma, kindness and honesty of their staff is truly what sets them apart from other remodeling companies. Special shout out to our project manager, Catherine - she is always the first to lend a helping hand, even when the project is complete.Looking forward to working with Anthony Slabaugh again in the near future.
