We had a great experience with SP Remodeling and would highly recommend them. They completed a full bathroom remodel, a complete kitchen remodel, and installed new flooring in our kitchen, dining room, and front room. It was a massive undertaking, and they did not disappoint.

SP Remodeling came highly recommended by family. From the start, they were thorough and professional, providing a detailed cost estimate up front after meeting. Since the bathroom we renovated is our only one, they were thoughtful about completing the work in stages so we could continue to use it as much as possible.

They cleaned up daily, and we had one case where someone did not meet that standard but i felt I could share that with Josh and Matt and they addressed it immediately. Everyone we worked with was friendly and respectful, and we always felt safe and comfortable having them in our home. Josh and Matt were friendly, reasonable, flexible, and communicative throughout the project. When unexpected issues came up (such as plaster and lath needing replacement) they explained the situation clearly and gave us options with associated costs. Their projected timeline was also spot on.

Given the size of the project, the only thing I would do differently is take more notes because there are so many details to keep track of and it might have made it a little easier for all of us. That said, Josh and Matt walked us through every step so we were in experienced hands and they were always thinking ahead so we could get things picked out and decided in time. We also liked all the vendors they recommended we use (we did tub resurfacing and new countertops). Their attention to detail is superb and they really do want you to love the work so if you have questions don't hesitate to ask.

A little over a month after completion, we are very happy with the workmanship and are enjoying how cozy our home feels. We would use SP Remodeling again without hesitation.

Josh and Matt were truly good to work with - personable, honest, hard working with very good attention to detail, and very good remodeling value. They have very skilled subs - painters, dry waller, finish carpenter, and the best cabinet maker -imaginable. - Jacob! They also have good network of tile and flooring, carpeting, appliances, and countertop businesses - that were reasonably priced, and very accessible.

I received a referral to call SP Remodeling to complete some projects at our home. Josh and Brandon were professional in scheduling the appointment, showing up on time, going through the details of the project, completing contracts, scheduling days of work, showing up on time, set up/work/clean-up, and follow-up on the job.

Our first job completed was to finish the wrap around the front door and install light fixture. Materials, fit and finish, and all caulking were of high quality.

After seeing the quality of work and materials used, and the professionalism of both Josh and Brandon, we are looking forward to our kitchen project completion early next year.
