I am so elated by the ADA renovation service of my bathroom. Joseph arrived promptly, very congenial and professional. His work was meticulous, which reflects his and HMS's work ethic. Beginning with the bidding process, they explained and answered all my questions. You could see their delight while planning out the renovation. After interviewing a few renovation specialists, I chose HMS, and I am glad I did. Their remodel specialist assigned to me, Joseph V., he put the ice cream on the cake, bringing the plan to fruition. Amazing! I couldn't stop watching Joseph work. He was quick, precise, and exceptional, making certain it was perfect. I plan to utilize HMS again, for future projects. I recently had a walk-in shower installed by Zak for my elderly grandmother, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Zak arrived on time and is both professional and polite.
