Tajas Bhavsar
Warning! Many issues and unprofessional not sure where to start. Had a bathroom remodel and they caused a leak and cut into a structural beam without reinforcing it. When I contacted them about the leak, I was told they would not come back until I paid the remaining balance. When I agreed to pay some of the remaining balance they stopped communicating with me.
After I filed a complaint with the BBB I heard back from them to fix the leak. All of a sudden their tone changed and said they want to finish the job.
Hmmmm wonder why……..
Damaged my new vanity, my stairs, door handles.
They had to redo the shower floor 3 times because they couldn’t get the pitch right and it is still not right. I was told with a freeform shower floor it’s hard to get it right. Other companies get it right. The vanity mirrors were not centered and I was told I’m too picky.
They tried to charge me for extra parts which they didn’t use as well.
Throughout the job I was told I should be grateful because of the price they gave me.
This is not customer service or professionalism.
Holding me hostage to a bathroom leak which was exposed in the kitchen ceiling for more money is not professional nor moral at all.
Be careful with these people.
You truly get what you pay for with them.
